She is now living in her own apartment and working happily in a supermarket.  Lily talks openly about her life and what would make her happier.

LILY: WE ARE ALL GETTING OLDER
Lily is now 49, still in her apartment and still working at the supermarket but facing troubling new cognitive and physical challenges.
